Operation Downtown Seminar Instructs How To Develop a Business Plan for Revenue Growth
Presentation by Roy S. Ryniker, President, Cosense, Inc.
Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY – Hofstra University’s Scott Skodnek Business Development Center presents a free Operation Downtown Seminar entitled Develop a Plan For Revenue Growth on Thursday, July 28, 2011 at 8 – 10 a.m. in the Hofstra University Club, David S. Mack Hall, north campus.
Funded by a grant from New York State Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, these seminars provide small business owners and entrepreneurs from Nassau, Suffolk and Queens an opportunity to hear informative and experienced speakers at no charge. Past presentations included "Successful Business Strategies", "Develop Powerful Selling Techniques" and "Key Components of Successful Marketing”.
Attendees of this seminar will learn skills to aide them in moving beyond a business plan to a growth plan, creating day-to-day activities with a growth-oriented edge, how to blend offensive and defensive tactics to improve profitability and how to exploit short-term prospects to promote long-term growth.
The seminar will be presented by Roy S. Ryniker, President at Cosense, Inc. Mr. Ryniker has 25 years of experience working with management groups of both expanding and underperforming companies to successfully develop and implement strategic and tactical revenue and profitability growth plans. His background includes experience in consulting and investment banking, combining with his current position as president of Cosense, a technology company.
