Hofstra Celebrates Homecoming "Great Moments in American History" Saturday, September 20, 2008

Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY: Come to the Hofstra University campus to enjoy the spirit and all the events of Homecoming on Saturday, September 20, 2008. The day begins with the Parade of Floats at 11 a.m., followed by Football Alumni Day and special recognition of the 1958 team at 11:30 a.m.

The Football game against the University of Rhode Island takes place at 1:30 p.m. (pregame show begins at
1 p.m.) at James M. Shuart Stadium, and the post-game party starts at 4 p.m.

Dr. Uruburu is the author of the critically acclaimed American Eve: Evelyn Nesbit, Stanford White, the Birth of the “It” Girl and the Crime of the Century.
