Tuesday Evenings at 7 p.m.

Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY … The Hofstra Cultural Center presents its Fall 2011 Italian-American Experience Lecture Series with the theme "New Books on the Italian American Experience: Song, Prejudice and History."
These lectures will take place on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. at the Guthart Cultural Center Theater, located on the first floor of the Axinn Library, South Campus. Admission to all lectures in the series is free.

A conversation (in English) with author Maurizio Molinari, New York correspondent for La Stampa, and Vincenzo Pascale, professor of Italian, Rutgers University.

The Fall 2011 Italian-American Experience Lecture Series is directed by Hofstra University Professor of History Stanislao Pugliese, Hofstra Cultural Center Fellow and Queensboro UNICO Distinguished Professor of Italian and Italian American Studies.
