Business Development Center Beginning Next 10-Week Entrepreneurial Assistance Session
Hofstra University, Hempstead, New York – Entrepreneurs and those who aspire to start their own businesses will receive the guidance they need at the Business Development Center’s Entrepreneurial Assistance Program beginning on October 13, 2008 at 6 p.m. in Brower Hall, Room 203, South Campus.
Since February 1991, the EAP has helped more than 1,000 entrepreneurs launch and expand their businesses through one-on-one counseling with business owners and workshops ranging from market research to financial management. Clients gain the skills to complete a business plan, learn how to review finances and monitor day-to-day operations.
The next 60-hour program will be offered from October 13-December 17, 2008 on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6-9 p.m. for a fee of $495 (installments available), which includes a manual and all materials. An Entrepreneurship Certificate is earned upon completion of requirements. To register, contact the Business Development Center at (516) 463-7214.
