Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY – Come trick or treat at Hofstra's Observatory atop Herman A. Berliner Hall (Chemistry and Physics building) on California Avenue on Halloween, Friday, October 31, 2008 from 7-9 p.m. and be treated to the sights of Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune, double stars, nebulae and star clusters, and some scary constellations!

An introduction to the Halloween sky by Hofstra astronomers will precede the observations. Free candy and prizes for the best children’s costumes.

Berliner Hall is two blocks south of Hempstead Turnpike on the South Campus.
