Book Storage Retrieval Request Form

This form can be used to request books currently listed as being held in "Axinn Storage". Please note the following:

  • Hofstra Faculty may also request that the storage items be delivered to their office rather than made available for pickup at the Axinn Library Circulation Desk.
  • All requests will be handled within 24 hours during normal weekday business hours (9am-5pm).
  • If more than 3 books are being requested from storage please submit additional forms.
