Family Weekend - Hofstra Fall Festival
Invite to Student Volunteers

Hofstra Students: To volunteer for the Hofstra Fall Festival: Alumni, Student and Family Weekend, September 28-30, and share your Hofstra Pride with families and alumni, please choose at least one of the following shifts:
 
Friday, September 28
1.     1-5pm
Task: greet and guide visitors
Where: Mack Student Center, Plaza Room Middle
 
Saturday, September 29
2.     10am-2pm
Tasks: greet and guide visitors; lead children in arts, crafts and games during Hofstra Cub Zone
Where: Mack Student Center Atrium; Game Room
 
3.     2-6pm
Tasks: administer iTouch survey to family members during VIBE LIVE concert.
Where: Intramural Field, North Campus
 
Sunday, September 30
4.     11:30-1pm
Task: administer iTouch survey to family members during the barbecue
Where: Intramural Field, North Campus
 
For working at least one shift, you will receive:
-        Lunch voucher
-        T-shirt
-        Certificate of Leadership
-        An opportunity to share your Hofstra Pride!
 
Please note that the volunteer opportunities for each shift are limited. Please email parents@hofstra.edu to let us know your preferred and second choice shifts as soon as you can, but no later than Friday, September 21. The mandatory training meeting is on Tuesday, September 25, 12n, in the Plaza West, Mack Student Center, with a pizza lunch. Our GA Nolan Meditz will coordinate your training.
