Parent Survey

We need your help as we review our services and programs for parents and families of Hofstra undergraduates. It will take you about 15 minutes to complete it. Only current parents/guardians of registered Hofstra undergraduates are eligible to take this survey and participate in the sweepstakes.

We are seeking input from the primary caregivers of Hofstra undergraduates. If you have more than one student at Hofstra, please answer student specific questions for your youngest child. This survey is confidential.
