

Parents and family members of our students are invited to get involved with Hofstra community. Here are some ways you may do so:
Family Weekend (October or November): Event Greeter
Admitted Student Days (Feb.-May): Event Greeter
Parent Orientation (June, July, August): Event Greeter
Move-In Day (end of August): Event Greeter
Host Regional Receptions (August): become a Regional Parent Ambassador
"Parent Voice" Writer: Submit "Parent Voice" articles for our family newsletter, published once a semester, featuring parent advice/experience and their funny and memorable anecdotes.
If you would like to volunteer, please fill out the Volunteer Application and mail it or fax it to the Parent and Family Programs Office. When a need arises, we will contact you.
