New Student Orientation begins with Enrollment- Orientation Days, which are registration days reserved for new undergraduate transfer students.
At an Enrollment-Orientation Day you will have your transcript(s) evaluated, meet with an advisement dean, and register for your first semester classes.
You may attend one of these events on the following dates at the Office of Admission, located in Bernon Hall, South Campus:

Enrollment-Orientation Day programs are followed by Winter Orientation, which takes place in the days leading up to the first week of classes. At Winter Orientation you will learn about the academic and co-curricular resources and support services Hofstra offers. It will also give you an opportunity to meet and interact with fellow students in a social setting as you settle into life at Hofstra before classes begin.
