Requests for assistance take many forms at Facilities and Operations.  The department services the 240 -acre campus  24 hours a day every day of the year for our 16,000 students and staff. Time-sensitive requests are expedited and others scheduled to insure completion with equal consideration of safety, efficiency and maximum cost savings.  The administrative, clerical and professional tradespeople work together to maintain the highest standards. Software and training are available to the Hofstra staff to expedite the completion of all special requests and general maintenance. Contact Mike Scholnick, Information Technology Manager at 516-463-6675.

The Work Order System- Departments may request access to the system to generate requests or obtain historical information on requests.

The Facilities and Operations Work Request Form- Departments should use the form for all requests that is not time sensitive.
