The Student Technical Support Center is available for call-in and walk-in support 16 hours a day. Our office is staffed with knowledgeable and professional full-time and student employees who can assist with the following services and much more:
- General computer questions and problems
- Connecting devices to Hofstra's wired and wireless network
- PridePrint
- My.Hofstra Portal
- Canvas
- Pride E-mail powered by Google
- Access and support for Microsoft Office 365 for Education
- Distribution of Ethernet cables (Cable TV coax cable must be supplied by student)
