Description: Provides friendly, high quality customer service to Library patrons under the direction of the Head of Resource and Collection Services. Assists patrons with Circulation/Reserve/Periodicals transactions including check-out/check-in of library materials and receipt of money for lost books and/or fines, following established procedures and policies. Provides basic information and directional assistance to library users, both in person and via telephone. Monitors security and facilities in the building on nights/weekends, and reports problems to Public Safety. Supervises student assistants. Records departmental statistics. May perform other duties not specifically identified above but which require the same degree of skills and which are normally included within the above job title.

Tuesday 5:00 pm - Close
Wednesday 5:00 pm - Close
Saturday 3 pm – Close
Sunday 5 pm – Close

*Subject to bumping
Qualifications: Requires excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of general library operations, and basic skills using Microsoft Outlook and Word. Ability to exercise initiative and judgment, and to work independently. Ability to supervise and delegate work assignments.
