Description: This position performs senior executive level secretarial tasks for staff and students at the Law School Legal Clinic. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: manage the reception area, schedule client interviews, file and type letters and memoranda, prepare class and student schedules, and maintain client files. May perform other assigned duties that are not specifically identified above, but which require the same degree of skill normally included within the above job description.

Schedule: Mon – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to be fully conversant with law office procedures, legal terminology, and preparation of pleadings sensitive to issues affecting low-income clientele. Candidate must be detail oriented; have excellent organizational skills; demonstrate an ability to multitask, prioritize and work as a team player. Candidates must also have the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required. Familiarity with Outlook and PowerPoint a plus. Ability to speak fluent Spanish helpful.
