Steven G. Taibbi: has had a camera in his hands since he was five years old. Upon graduation from New York Institute of Technology in June 1977 he turned his life-long passion for images into Steven G. Taibbi Productions, a video production company he owned for more than twenty-three years. During that time he won multiple awards, several of which were international; he wrote two monthly columns for Videography Magazine, Light and Shoot and Videographer at Large, as wells as articles for Videography and various other magazines. He titles included, Director, Producer, Writer, Director of Photography and Camera. Before retiring from video production Mr. Taibbi’s clients included: Grey Advertising, Grey, Lyon and King, AT&T, IBM, KPMG, American Express, etc. He was involved in the production of The Nixon Memoirs, as seen on 60 Minutes and Charles Karalt. He worked on national commercials, national television shows, TV pilots, cable shows and industrial. Since then, he has gone back to his first love, photography, and has shot several magazine covers as well as photography for private clients and, most of all, for his own pleasure. He also teaches PhotoShop, Lighting, Composition, Nature Photography and Travel Photography at Hofstra University.
