Overview
The CMAA program prepares you for the administrative core of any medical office. You will learn patient scheduling, records management, and basic coding/billing. The curriculum emphasizes legal and ethical issues, including HIPAA and professional communication traits.
Graduates are ready for the NHA CMAA national certification exam, opening doors to careers in doctors' offices, clinics, and hospital departments.
