Each two-hour session provides a comprehensive workout to help you stay on top of your game during these critical winter months. Serious players who participate in these winter programs will improve their skills and stand out at their spring team workouts. Each Session will include, hitting, base running and an opportunity to work out at either Infield, Outfield, or Catcher. (If you would like you can switch positions for each clinic).

If players select our Pitching Option, they will also get the opportunity to pitch and throw bullpen sessions with our experienced pitching instructors.

  • Learn from the experienced professional teaching staff at the finest, most comprehensive and productive program on Long Island.
  • Enrollment is limited due to the amount of time we devote to each player.
  • Parents and coaches are welcome and encouraged to stay at each session.
  • Be evaluated and trained by Hofstra's Division I coaching Staff and collegiate players and NYBA coaches.
