How Internships in the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship Work:

Students work for a minimum number of hours in a structured management training programs offered by a for-profit or not-for-profit organization. The student should get the employer and the department's approval and then register in a formal class to earn credits. Through the course of the internship, the student will be guided by a faculty advisor and will be required to write reports about the company, areas of management studied in the internship, and type of tasks undertaken. The grade of the internship relies on the quality of the work as reported by the employer and of the reports that are submitted to the faculty advisor.

We have 2 types of internship courses and the details are described in the bulletin under Management 185 and Management 174.
