Entrepreneurial Assistance Program
Join us and explore the opportunity of starting and expanding your own business. Workshops will provide you with the "nuts and bolts" skills required to operate and grow a successful business. You will also receive training and counseling that will enable you to complete a business plan. An Entrepreneurship Certificate may be earned by completing the following three components:

  • Developing A Marketing Plan

  • Financing Opportunities
  • Financial Management/Excel
Mentoring (Business Participation)
  • One-to-one counseling with business owners sharing their expertise and experiences as entrepreneurs.

Submission of a Business Plan

Participants will have the opportunity to compete in a BUSINESS PLAN COMPETITION sponsored by Capital One Bank.  Prizes up to $2,500 for winning business plans!

Since February 1991 more than 1,330 entrepreneurs have enrolled in the Entrepreneurial Assistance Program. Their businesses were in the planning stage or already in existence and ready for expansion.

$495 fee includes manual and all materials (scholarships available).
