The Wilbur F. Breslin Center for Real Estate Studies
in collaboration with the Frank G. Zarb School of Business,

and the Institute of Real Estate at Hofstra University hosted a
free seminar titled Prospects of Real Estate and Alternative
Investments for 2014 and Beyond.  Ehsan Nikbakht and Andrew
Spieler acted as Conference Directors.  The breakfast keynote
speaker was introduced by Patrick Socci, Dean, Frank
G. Zarb School of Business and was delivered by Randy Anderson,
Griffin Capital’s Chief Economist, Editor of the Journal of Real Estate
Portfolio Management, and former Eminent Scholar/Chair, University
of Central Florida.  Two morning panels were held:
