The Wilbur F. Breslin Center for Real Estate Studies in collaboration with the Institute of Real Estate at Hofstra University hosted a free conference titled Technology + Buildings = Bigger Profits: How 21st Century Technology Is Changing the Business Model for Real Estate. This conference provided an opportunity for community leaders and real estate industry professionals to exchange information and ideas that will strengthen and grow the region.
The panelists are energy industry leaders and real estate experts. They are extremely knowledgeable about the concerns that have shaped Long Island and they shared their varied experiences with us. We were very grateful to have them with us. A panel discussion moderated by Gary Lewi, Senior Vice President, Rubenstein Associates, Inc. took place.
