My research in the Laser Physics Laboratory focuses on understanding optical properties of semiconductor thin films and electronic properties at the interface of semiconductor/electrolyte junctions. My research involves fabrications of semiconductor thin films, nanostructures, and liquid junction solar cells. The laboratory is equipped with photoluminescence, photoreflectance, and absorption spectroscopy systems to measure optical properties of thin films, nanostructures, and solar cell photoanodes.
