Academic Leave and Withdrawal (Comprehensive)
Although we hope that you will be able to continue in classes at Hofstra University straight through to the day you graduate, we understand that sometimes it is necessary for students to take some time off. A complete explanation of the policies surrounding taking time off from Hofstra can be found in the University Bulletin. There are potentially serious implications, both academic and financial, if you choose to stop attending.
This is a test of editing this page during Cascade training. Lots to LEARN.
Please make sure that you consult with the Office of Student Financial Services and Office of University Advisement before choosing this option. It is important to note that Non-attendance of classes does not constitute an official withdrawal, and does not relieve the student of his or her financial obligation, or entitle the student to a refund.
