Equal Rights and Opportunity Officer

While the Student Policy Prohibiting Discriminatory Harassment, Relationship Violence and Sexual Misconduct outlines the procedures for reporting sexual misconduct by students, any member of the University community who believes that he or she has been subjected to harassment  by other members of the University community, including faculty members, staff members, administrators, and other persons should refer to the Hofstra University Harassment policy.

Individuals who believe they have been subjected to harassment in violation of this policy and seek to file a formal complaint should contact:

 The Equal Rights and Opportunity Officer is the designated official responsible for the investigation of harassment complaints made by members of the University community, as well as for coordinating the processing of such complaints under this policy.
