In 2022, the Division of Enrollment Management and the Division of Student Affairs came together to become the Division of Student Enrollment, Engagement, and Success. The newly formed division captures the student lifecycle from prospective to enrolled, and their successes beyond graduation. Ms. Eads' mission is to ensure that the feeling students had when they made the decision to enroll here at Hofstra grows stronger each day through continuous emotional, social, and academic support.

Ms. Eads believes fostering relationships with students and families, and encouraging their voices to be heard is a vital part of our efforts to improve the Hofstra community each day. She offers open office hours weekly to hear directly from students on their hopes, wishes, concerns, and more. As Vice President of Student Enrollment, Engagement, and Success, Ms. Eads hopes that all students, from the beginning of their experience at Hofstra to their unquestionable success, leave their mark at Hofstra.
