How to Report Off-Campus Positive COVID-19 Test Results

If you are a Hofstra student and receive a positive COVID-19 test result from a lab outside of Hofstra University’s Student Health Services, please report the result to us so we can track all positive cases and continue to protect our campus community. Reporting to us also makes it easier to notify your faculty of a potential absence.

Click here to be directed to the Medicat system and follow instructions to submit your test results in Medicat.

Once uploaded, send us a secure message on Medicat letting us know that the lab tests have been uploaded so that they can be reviewed  - we will reach out to you once completed. Please include the date you began having symptoms, as well as your current symptoms, in that message.  If you have trouble sending us a secure message, you can email us at SHS@hofstra.edu
