Technical Support Center


The Student Computing Services Technical Support Center provides call-in and walk-in support for many issues including:
  • General computer problems
  • Account problems (Portal, Blackboard, Gmail, Hofstra Online, etc)
  • Network connectivity issues and device registration
  • Distribution of Microsoft Office and Ethernet cables (Cable TV coax cable must be supplied by student)
