The Student Computing Services Technical Support Center provides call-in and walk-in support for many issues including:
- General computer problems
- Account problems (Portal, Blackboard, Gmail, Hofstra Online, etc)
- Network connectivity issues and device registration
- Distribution of Microsoft Office and Ethernet cables (Cable TV coax cable must be supplied by student)
