Diagnostic - FREE
Testing of all hardware using diagnostic software.
Apple, Dell and Lenovo (IBM)* Warranty Repair - FREE
Hardware repair of Apple,Dell and Lenovo (IBM) machines under warranty.
System/HD Reinstall - $65
Installation of hard drive provided by user or purchased from repair center. OS reinstallation (user must have license key), system update, installation of Microsoft Office, anti-virus software, and additional software available from manufacturer's web site.
System Reinstall - $50
OS reinstallation (user must have license key), system update, installation of Microsoft Office, anti-virus software, and additional software available from manufacturer's web site.
Virus/Spyware Removal - $50
Removal of all viruses, malware and spyware. If removal is not successful, a system reinstall will be performed and the lesser charge will apply.
Data Backup/Recovery up to 4.3 gigs - $35
Data Backup or recovery to 1 DVD.
Data Backup/Recovery 4.3 - 20 gigs - $65
Data backup or recovery to up to 4 DVDs
Level 1 Tech Services - $65 (Hourly Rate)
Services such as LCDs, system board replacement and installation of some hard drives may fall under this category. Most procedures will billable for only 1 hour.
*Due to restrictions from IBM Lenovo we can not service the IdeaPad/IdeaCenter models. Warranty issues for these models are handled by IBM Lenovo directly.
