All students get 120.00 printing credits for the year once the semester begins in the fall. If you begin in the spring, you will get 80.00 printing credits and if you begin in the summer, you will get 40.00. We charge .10 credits per B&W page in the labs, classrooms, and on the release stations.
You can purchase additional printing credits at Student Accounts in Memorial Hall. Don't buy too many though! Once the summer ends, all of your printing credits will reset.

Some things you might want to check before you print are: Did you want to print double-sided? Did you print to the appropriate printer? Did you print multiple copies? If it is a PowerPoint, did you print the correct number of slides on a page? Did you print more pages than necessary? You can go to Print Preview to see what you want to print and then choose only those pages! You can always cancel a print job if you don’t want to print it.

Go Green!
- Did you know that if you print on one side or two, one sheet of paper is still only one print credit?
- So go green! Print duplex!
- Choose two-sided, duplex, or click on the Properties button after you choose the Pride Print Printer and choose: Eco-print.
- Note: Some faculty members request that you only print on one side of the paper if you are going to hand something in. Please check with your professor before printing!
