Their theoretical interests include group processes, especially causal modeling of variables related to group performance and productivity, organizational design and analyson self-managed teams performance evaluation, customer satisfaction, selection, time management, motivation, organizational behavior modifications, consumer psychology and attitude assessment. They are actively engaged in applied research action, job analysis and training.
