Steve Rubel '91 is the Chief Content Strategist for Edelman - the world’s largest independent public relations firm. In this role, Rubel studies the future of media and works across the firm’s practices and geographies to help clients unify their communications strategies across traditional, emerging, owned and social channels.
In addition, Rubel also acts as a highly visible Edelman thought leader and writer on media, technology and digital culture. He speaks dozens of times each year around the world and appears frequently in the press. In addition he actively shares his observations and insights through his blog, his monthly Advertising Age column and on Twitter where he is followed by more than 60,000.
Rubel has been named to several prestigious lists, including: PR Week’s 40 Under 40 and The Forbes.com Web Celeb 25.
Delia Paunescu '09
Delia Paunescu is a writer, editor, journalist, reporter and general knower of words. Escaping post-communist Romania, she grew up in Florida - the land of perpetual sun and occasional hurricanes. Regardless of what her diploma reads (B.A. in Print Journalism, English), Delia graduated from Hofstra on an overcast and unseasonably cold afternoon in May 2009 with a degree in sleep-deprived review editing and general Chronicle-office dwelling.
Delia is a writer at Muck Rack as the author of the Muck Rack Daily.
Jared Greenberg '05
Jared Greenberg is a versatile sports broadcaster, with the ability to serve as a host, anchor, sideline reporter and play-by-play broadcaster.
Currently, Jared works for NBA TV and NBA.com as a host, anchor and reporter. Jared hosts a weekly show, “The Jump”, and occasionally fills in as the host of NBA TV Game Time. During the week, he anchors the Top-of-the-Hour updates for NBA TV, and is the first responder for any and all breaking news on the network. Jared also does weeknight voiceovers for NBA.com.
While with NBA TV, Jared has been the sideline reporter for the network’s coverage of USA Basketball and special events, such as the NBA Summer League, All-Star Game and the NBA Finals.
