Eligibility (Grades 6-12 only)

Students must be enrolled in one of the following four school districts: Hempstead, Rockville Centre, Roosevelt or Uniondale.

All students are required to complete an application and obtain one referral from school district personnel.

Interested students must meet with the LPP School Coordinator to discuss eligibility and to obtain an application.
