For a long time, Hofstra University has provided for and gained from a distinct group of students and alumni - its veterans. The University's involvement with its veterans is a story of worthy accomplishment on both Hofstra's part and the part of the veterans. Veterans Alumni Association is proud of the faculty, students and alumni who served in the Armed Forces of the United States.
Our objectives are as follows:
- To continue to honor Hofstra alumni who served or are serving in the U.S. Armed Forces.
- To create scholarships to assist veterans and their offspring who attend Hofstra.
- To support the educational aspects of the ROTC program and the Corps and cadets of Hofstra.
- To enjoy social and fundraising events with members.
Membership Categories:
Active - Hofstra Alumni with US Military experience $50
Associate - Member of the Hofstra family with US Military experience $50
Affiliate - Member of the Hofstra family without US Military experience $50
Student - Any Hofstra student with or without US Military experience $10
