Conference Services

Would your conference or special event benefit from a centralized site, a comprehensive facility, and experienced event planners and staff? If so, why not consider having your next conference or special event at Hofstra University?

With over 200 meeting rooms, dining areas, residence halls and 285 acres of indoor and outdoor facilities, your guests can relax and enjoy their stay with us.

The Office of Conference Services provides a full range of services to groups and individuals visiting Hofstra University's campus during the summer months. These services include housing accommodations, dining services, meeting/conference facilities, recreational facilities, an experienced event coordinator/consultant to assist in planning each step of the way and a responsible staff provided to work with your group for the duration of your stay.

The goal of the Conference Services team is to provide our guests with comfortable and affordable accommodations, as well as an enjoyable and positive conference experience!
