THE OFFICE OF COMMUNITY STANDARDS WELCOMES YOU TO THE HOFSTRA COMMUNITY
The Hofstra community is an exciting, challenging and diverse community committed to the goal of academic excellence. In keeping with the academic mission of our institution, the Office of Community Standards has developed guidelines and procedures that define behavioral standards for all community members. Serving as the foundation of these standards are Hofstra's Pride Principles:

The Office of Community Standards works closely with Residential Programs, Public Safety and a number of other departments to carry out the Conduct Process in a manner that respects both the rights of the individual and those of the community at large. We welcome you to the Hofstra community and are available to assist you as you personally uphold these Principles and challenge other community members to do the same.
