All employers participating in recruiting efforts with Hofstra University are expected to adhere to all of the guidelines listed on this website and in Career Center publications, including:
- Employers will adhere to fair hiring practices throughout the recruiting and hiring process
- Employers will provide accurate and honest information about their opportunities in every interaction with prospective candidates
- All on campus interviews and meetings will be arranged with The Career Center and held in The Career Center. If the Career Center is not the proper venue, The Career Center will assist with finding appropriate on campus arrangements.
- Employers seeking to attend academic classes must be approved by The Career Center and the faculty member. Employers will arrive at The Career Center and will be escorted to the respective class.
