Choices include American Kitchen home style food, rotisserie chicken, omelets, waffles; vegan, vegetarian and organic food; Pan Asia authentic Chinese food; Sushi made to order; Charcoal's Grill with a southwestern steak sandwich and the Blue Bog Burger; Panini and wraps made to order; self-service salad bar includes a variety of salads, toppings and dressings; and more than 100 varieties of beverages.
At the Cheezy-Mac station you can create your own special mac and cheese the way you like, pick and choose your proteins and vegetables and it's ready in minutes; Crazy Crepes, fresh made crepes with fillings of your choice; a variety of "grab-n-go" food that include ingredient and nutrition information.
Our "Juice Event" station faces the main dining room and is open nightly to 11p.m. offering fresh squeezed juices, wheatgrass shots; hand rolled pretzels and an old fashioned ice cream bar.

The Bistro is a visually exciting environment that offers an array of outstanding food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Tuscany Grill features the Americano, a grilled chicken sandwich with fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers and a honey mustard dressing; and the New Yorker, with spiced Sausalito, Jarlsberg cheese, watercress and cranberry dressing.
The Bistro serves a Sicilian-style pizza with a variety of toppings. The made to order salad station is the most popular feature in this location. For students on the go, we offer a selection of "grab-n-go" from fresh-made sushi to a "lighter by Choice" gourmet sandwich.

Our latest creation, Pura Vida offers great organic coffee, cappuccino, latte and healthy
smoothies, "Lighter by Choice" sandwiches and a selection of fresh baked low-fat muffins, scones and pastries. This not-for-profit organization sells only Fair Trade coffee, donating its resources to build schools, libraries, and fund scholarships for needy children.
