The Hofstra University Career Center seeks to connect with employers to maximize recruiting results and assist students in making informed career decisions. To accomplish this goal, we have developed employer policies to ensure the process be fair for all employers and student participants.

The Hofstra University Career Center welcomes all employers to post their listings for full-time, part-time, seasonal, summer and internship on our PRIDE-CMS system. This system is FREE and is available 24/7 via the University Portal to Students.  Employers, if you are interested in posting an opportunity to students and alumni please click on “How to Post a Job” above.

  • Employer resource salary surveys, career-salary, letters of recommendation, illegal questions, interview guidelines

  • Career related workshops

  • Submit full-time professional positions to the Pride-Career Management System
  • Pre-select students for interviews
  • Conduct interviews at The Career Center on a preselected date

About The University

Home to the final presidential debate of 2008, Kalikow Center for the Study of the Presidency and the award-winning Educate '08 civic education series, Hofstra University will launch a year-long program: 75 Years of Pride and Progress, beginning in September 2010.
