Hofstra University recognizes that it has an advisement responsibility from the time the student expresses an interest in enrolling until the time of graduation. It has, therefore, established the Center for University Advisement, responsible for a variety of services designed to support a student's academic progress.
Under the umbrella of the Center for University Advisement, Hofstra University provides advisement, scheduling assistance, and other services, for all transfer and first-year students, and continuing undergraduates students who have not yet declared a major.
DARS (Degree Audit Reporting System) is a report listing requirements that must be completed to receive a Hofstra undergraduate degree.
