The Human Resources Office coordinates at least two blood drives each year, one in the fall semester and the other in the spring. The drives are generally held in the fully accessible Multipurpose Room of the Student Center and are usually two days in duration. Everyone is welcome to participate.

Appointments to give blood may be made by telephoning (516) 463-7442. There is provision for walk-in donors as well.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have valid ID and know SS#
• Minimum weight 110 lbs.
• Between 17-75 years of age
• No tattoos in past 12 months
