Grant applicants should become aware of the Conflict of Interest regulations and disclosure requirements of their potential sponsor prior to submission of a grant proposal. Disclosures associated with grant proposals should be made to the Office for Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) using the University's "Grant and Contract Proposal Internal Review Form" commonly known as the "blue sheet" which is available online or by calling the ORSP at extension 3-6810.
