Geology, the study of the Earth, is, in the end, a part of all aspects of life. Boasting a faculty with diverse research interests and on-campus laboratory facilities, the Department of Geology, Environment and Sustainability in the Hofstra College of Liberal Arts and Sciences offer students a vigorous education, focusing on research and field geology.
