Bio:
Mark McEvoy, Assistant Professor of Philosophy, received his B.A. in Philosophy and English Literature from Trinity College Dublin in 1992. He received his M.A. in Philosophy from Tulane University in 1996, and his Ph.D. in Philosophy from CUNY in 2003. His areas of concentration are epistemology, philosophy of mathematics and metaphysics. Other areas of interest include philosophy of language and philosophy of mind. He has published papers on Descartes, philosophy of language, philosophy of mind and epistemology.
