Student Information
Students may, under certain conditions, repeat a course or opt to take a course under a pass/fail option. For questions regarding Repeat Course forms and Pass/Fail forms, please call the Office of the Registrar at 516- 463-5325. For convenience, you can access these forms by clicking on "Forms" on the left side menu, choose Academic Records, and then click on the Repeat Course Form or the Pass/Fail Form from the list.
Faculty Information
Faculty are required to submit an LDA (last date of attendance) roster twice a semester, during the 4th and 10th week of classes. These rosters provide us with the information to outreach to those students who have stopped attending their courses. To report any attendance or roster related issue, including unregistered students attending a course, please e-mail the Office of the Registrar.
