Nassau BOCES Barry Tech

(Entering Grades 7-11)

Hands-on, career-focused programs designed to introduce teens to real-world skills and career pathways.

Offered in partnership with Nassau BOCES, Barry Tech programs provide middle and high school students with immersive learning experiences across technical, culinary, animal care, performing arts, and skilled trade fields. Instruction emphasizes applied, project-based learning that allows students to explore interests while gaining early exposure to potential career options.

Classes take place at the Nassau BOCES Barry Tech campus and are led by experienced BOCES instructors, with coordination and support from Hofstra University.
