For Girls and Boys Entering Grades 6-9 (Afternoon Specialty)
Session 1: July 1 - 12
Flag Football is designed for the camper who wants to learn fundamentals while experiencing the enjoyment of playing football. During noncontact play, campers work to improve their skills through exciting drills, games and scrimmages. The Flag Football specialty focuses on skill development, enhancing knowledge of the game and, of course, having fun and meeting new friends. Flag Football Camp also teaches good sportsmanship, teamwork skills, and the importance of fair play, and our coaches give the campers the opportunity to learn the game and improve their skills in a positive, secure environment. It is our goal that all campers have a better understanding and appreciation of the game of football.
Note: All necessary gear will be provided and no experience is needed.

B.A., M.A., Hofstra University. New York City elementary school teacher. Former videographer/scout for the New York Mets (1997-2001). Nine years experience at Hofstra Specialty Camps.
