Join us for an exciting week of softball at Hofstra University Softball Camp - a fun, intramural-style program designed for players of all skill levels! Whether you're picking up a glove for the first time or sharpening your developing skills, our camp provides a welcoming and energetic environment for every athlete to learn, play, and grow. Campers are grouped by grade and ability to ensure balanced, engaging play for everyone.

Camp Experience
Each day is filled with skill-building, teamwork, and friendly competition. Under the guidance of Hofstra's outstanding coaching staff and student-athletes, campers will develop their fundamentals in hitting, fielding, throwing, base-running, and team play through drills, mini-games, and scrimmages. Our goal is to help every participant gain confidence, improve athletic skills, and make lasting friendships - all while having a great time on the field.

Campers will also train with Hofstra's Strength and Conditioning Coaches, learning fun and age-appropriate exercises that build speed, agility, and coordination. Through dynamic warmups, agility challenges, and footwork drills, players will discover how fitness and softball go hand-in-hand.

By the end of camp, every participant will walk away with new skills, new friends, and a greater love for the game of softball!
