A Message from the Sylvia Silberger, Department Chair
The Math Department, using its alumni network, has helped several students secure non-credit internships with actuarial firms over the last few years. Now, the department is launching a new internship course - MATH 185 - that will be available for the first time in the 2010-11 academic year and allow students to earn liberal arts credit towards their major.
