Spanish and Spanish-American Poetry
Transition 2000 and Beyond
was presented
April 25 and 26, 2002
This event combined poetry readings, essays and discussions revolving around the following themes: away from home; exile in Hispanic poetry; tradition under scrutiny; the poet and the city; horror/fascination; and post-modernity and poetry at the end of the millennium.
