Hofstra Departments

 
  • Requests should be sent via e-mail to EventManagement@hofstra.edu. The Reservation Request form must be signed, completed, and returned 14 days prior to the event.
BulletHofstra Student Organization
 
  • Complete the Student Organization Room Request Form which is available in the Office of Event Management Hospitality Center, Room 112 Student Center, or click here for a printable Student Organization Room Request Form. Once the room has been scheduled, a Confirmation report will be sent, which must then be completed (to include all furnishing and audio/visual equipment requests) and returned to the office at least 7 days prior to the event. BulletNon-Hofstra Organizations
 
  • Groups with an educational mission may apply for use of facilities by contacting the Office of Conference Services or completing the Request for Price Quote online on the Conference Services Web site. Further guidelines are provided by the Office.
